India's Defense Minister Rajnath Singh Had an extremely fruitful Ministerial Level Dialogue with Japan’s Defence Minister, Mr. Takeshi Iwaya in Tokyo.
Rajnath Singh Said We discussed the full spectrum of India-Japan defence cooperation.
We will continue working together to further deepen the defence ties between both the nations.

असम के वरिष्ठ पत्रकार नव ठाकुरिया को अंतरराष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार  गुवाहाटी:  मीडिया कर्मियों की सुरक्षा के लिये काम करने वालीअंतरराष्ट्रीय संस्था 'प्रेस एम्बलेम कैम्पेन'(पीईसी) ने इस बार असम के वरिष्ठ पत्रकार नव ठाकुरिया को अपने वार्षिक पुरस्कार से नवाजा है! उन्हें यह पुरस्कार भारत सहित दक्षिण पूर्व एशिया के अन्य देशों के संवाद कर्मियों के हित में उनकी ओर से किये गये प्रयासों के लिये दिया जा रहा है!  श्री ठाकुरिया इस प्रतिष्ठित पुरस्कार को पाने वाले पहले भारतीय पत्रकार हैं! दक्षिण अफ्रीका में मिले कोरोना के नये वैरिएंट के मद्देनजर दुनिया भर में फैली चिन्ता के चलते यह पुरस्कार हासिल करने वे स्वयं जेनेवा नहीं पहुंच सके! इसे ध्यान में रखते हुए संस्था ने वर्चुअल माध्यम से उन्हें यह सम्मान देने का निर्णय लिया है!  पीईसी ने पहली बार दुनिया में दूसरे सबसे अधिक आबादी वाले देश के किसी पेशेवर पत्रकार को इस पुरस्कार से विभूषित करने का निर्णय लिया है!  संस्था के महा सचिव व्लेज लेम्प के मुताबिक विश्व के सबसे बड़े लोकतंत्र के रूप में परिचित भारत में एक शक्तिशाली जनमाध्यम मौजूद है!...
