 गंगा कार्तिक मेला : सड़कों पर किसानों की बोगियों का रैला, गंगा किनारे तंबुओं का डेरा अनिल मौर्य     उत्तर प्रदेश की पश्चिमी दिशा में बहने वाली श्रद्धा की गंगा में स्नान को पवित्र आस्था से जुड़ा माना जाता है। हर माह अमावस्या और पूर्णिमा को लोग स्नान को पवित्र और पुण्य मानते है। इनमें दीवाली के बाद कार्तिक की पूर्णिमा का विशेष महत्व है। गंगा के उद्गम गंगोत्री से लेकर समुद्र में विलय तक के मार्ग में विभिन्न शहरों में गंगा में स्नान को अपनी आस्था के मुताबिक पुण्य माना जाता है। जगह  जगह मेले लगते हैं। यह हजारों सालों से समय के साथ तमाम बदलावों के साथ यूं ही जारी है। इस बार कार्तिक पूर्णिमा के मेले पर गढ़मुक्तेश्वर और अन्य स्थानों पर कोरोना काल के बाद में बहुत उत्साह देखने को मिल रहा है। यही कारण हैं कि बिना किसी रोक-टोक के रोके नहीं रुक रहे भैंसा-बोगी से जाने वाले श्रद्धालु। जिसको लेकर प्रदेश सरकार की पाबंदी भी धरी रह गई। केन्द्रीय राज्य मंत्री डा.संजीव बालियान को भी इस पाबंदी का विरोध करना पड़ा। जिससे पाबंदी लगाने वाले प्रदेश के पशुधन एवं दुग्ध विकास मंत्री को भी ब...
