Keep this Railway Complaint Number in your Mobile (This mail send by my friend ) Incident 1 It happened few months back. We were travelling and I and my family were waiting in the A/C waiting room at Secunderabad Station. The attached bathroom was not clean and was giving bad smell. Added to this discomfiture, the bathroom door was not closing tight , and I also observed that shutter was not closing tight because of faulty door closer. I complained to the attendant . I also sent an SMS " The bathroom of A/C waiting room on platform No 1 of Secunderbad Station is dirty and stinking. Pl arrange cleaning . Also the the door is not closing properly". After few minutes we left the waiting room as our train arrival was announced. Within few minutes I received text reply from Railways, giving an Id No and that action will be taken . An Interesting blog by Pritish Nandy I was an MP not very long ago. I loved those six years. Everyone called me sir, not because of my age but because I was an MP. And even though I never travelled anywhere by train during those years, I reveled in the fact that I could have gone anywhere I liked, on any train, first class with a bogey reserved for my family. Whenever I flew, there were always people around to pick up my baggage, not because I was travelling business class but because I was a MP. And yes, whenever I wrote to any Government officer to help someone in need, it was done. No, not because I was a journalist but because I was an MP. The job had many perquisites, apart from the tax free wage of Rs 4,000. Then the wages were suddenly quadrupled to Rs 16,000, with office expenses of Rs 20,000 and a constituency allowance of Rs 20,000 thrown in. I could borrow interest free money to buy a car, get my petrol paid, make as many free phone calls as I wanted. My home came free.

It is hard to argue with him, for he is right. Things don't work. There is no justice. Power talks. Equality doesn't exist. All of this, even though uncomfortable to hear, rings somewhat true. However, the uncle goes on to say this: "Nothing will ever change." He is convinced that our society is damaged irreparably, and India is destined to live in misery. STORY Two friends were walking through the desert. During some point of the journey they had an argument, and one friend slapped the other one in the face. समझों बाबा रामदेव जैसे संतों को ! मेरा बचपन पटियाला (पंजाब ) में बीता है। मेरी उम्र करीब पांच वर्ष रही होगी, जब मैं एक दिन अपने पिताजी के व्यवसाय के लिए बाहर जाने पर मकान मालकिन के पास बैठा था। दुपहर को एक साधु आया और उसने कहा कि माई मुझे भूख लगी है, मुझकों खाना खिला दो। मकान मालकिन काफी धार्मिक प्रवृत्ति की महिला थीं, उन्होंने साधु को बड़े ही श्रद्धापूर्वक भोजन खिलाया। खाना खाने के बाद साधु ने मुझ बालक के बारे में जानकारी की, कि यह कौन है। उत्तर में मकान मालकिन ने उनको बताया कि यह किरायेदार का बच्चा है। साधु ने मेरे मस्तक को देखकर कुछ बातें बताईं, जो मेरे भविष्य को लेकर थी। उस समय बाल्यावस्था में मैं भविष्य को लेकर अनजान था, तो वे मेरी समझ से बाहर थी। साधु को जब विदा होने लगे तो मकान मालकिन ने उनको दक्षिणा के रूप में अब से करीब 35 वर्ष पूर्व सवा रुपया दिया, जिसको साधु ने यह कहते हुए लेने से इनकार कर दिया कि वह मुद्रा नहीं ले सकता और उनका संकल्प है कि वह कभी मुद्रा नहीं छुएगा। पूछने पर साधु ने बताया कि उसकी आवश्यकता केवल जीवन के लिए दो रोटी और तन ढकने के लिए एक कपड़ा, जो जहां से भी

आखिर मजीठिया वेज बोर्ड का विरोध क्यों ! पिछले कुछ दिनों से आईएनएस ने पत्रकार और गैर पत्रकारों के लिए गठित छठे वेतन आयोग जीआर मजीठिया की रिपोर्ट के खिलाफ एक अभियान चलाया हुआ है। इस अभियान की अगुवाई टाइम्स आफ इंडिया आदि कुछ बड़े समाचार पत्रों द्वारा की जा रही है। उसमें जहां पु्राने समाचारों को स्थान दिया जा रहा है, वहीं मुहिम के जरिए यह साबित करने की कोशिश की जा रही है कि यदि यह रिपोर्ट लागू की गई तो देश के अधिकांश समाचार पत्र बंद होने के कगार पर आ जाएंगे। उसमें तथ्य यह प्रस्तुत किए जा रहे हैं कि इस रिपोर्ट के लागू होने पर एक हजार करोड़ टर्नओवर वाले समाचार पत्रों के चपरासी और ड्राइवर का वेतन भी 45-50 हजार रुपये हो जाएगा, जो सीमा पर जवान और एक मजिस्ट्रेट के वेतन से भी अधिक है। यहां सवाल यह है कि टाइम्स आफ इंडिया या आईएनएस को यह भी स्पष्ट करना चाहिए कि देश में एक हजार करोड़ रुपये टर्नआवर वाले कितने समाचार पत्र हैं और उनमें कितने चपरासी और ड्राइवर नियमित कर्मचारी हैं, जो इनके दावे के अनुसार बढ़ा वेतन पाने के हकदार होंगे। भ्रमित करने के लिए अपने अभियान मे आईएनएस भले ही कुछ दावे करे, लेकिन
